With the globalization of economic markets, entrepreneurs are looking for the magic formula to succeed in highly competitive environments, but how to make the difference between many businesses and entrepreneurs looking for the same? That is what makes the difference between success and failure of some others?
Sometimes the success and failure is linked to "something more" is that added value that an entrepreneur to be above the competition, is that "something more" which allowed Thomas Edison to perform more than 10 000 experiments before getting the incandescent lamp, is that "something more" that has allowed great advances in science and reach space, control the major global epidemics or research about our own origins.
And this must be what the entrepreneurs and companies make a difference whole: a good strategy given "something more" to be different, unique and singular. This is not about poetry, inspiring fantasies or outbursts. The strategy should be based on accuracy and studies of the processes that will make us achieve the goals. The strategy is linked to the implementation. The ideas are worthless if they have someone behind that, with talent and hard work, the reality.
If your opponent competes on price, know best in service and if they do it with the characteristic of a product, know best in support after the sale, if they compete in efficiency, compete with the actual running time, provided compete with one step forward and a proposal to deliver something different.
